Welcome to Seven Destination Tour & Travels

We are excited to help you plan your trip to Kolkata, the "City of Joy." Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking a tour or travel package with us.

Booking and Payment

To book a tour or travel package, you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your travel companions.

You must also pay the required deposit or full payment at the time of booking.

We accept payments in Indian Rupees (INR) only.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees.

Cancellation and Changes

If you need to cancel or change your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible.

We will charge a cancellation fee in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

30 days or more prior to arrival: 10% of the tour or travel package cost

15-29 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour or travel package cost

7-14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour or travel package cost

Less than 7 days prior to arrival: No refund

Prices and Surcharges

The prices of tours and travel packages are subject to change without notice.

We may also impose surcharges for certain services, such as fuel surcharges or baggage surcharges.

Travel Documents

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, such as a passport and visa.

We are not responsible for any problems that you may encounter due to your failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.

Liability

We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage that you may suffer in connection with your travel. This includes any loss, injury, or damage that you may suffer as a result of acts of God, war, terrorism, or other events beyond our control.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by a force majeure event, such as an act of God, war, terrorism, or other event beyond our control.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of West Bengal, India.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your booking of a tour or travel package with us.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both you and us.

Additional Terms and Conditions

We are a registered tour operator in India and are subject to the laws and regulations of the Indian government.

Our tours and travel packages are subject to the laws and regulations of India.

We are not responsible for any delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, flight delays, or political unrest.

We reserve the right to change our tour itineraries and prices without notice.

Our customers are responsible for their own safety and well-being during their travels.
